Reporting - Tab Four

Generate reports from the prescription data filtered by patient, drug name and date range.

Basic Usage:

1. Use the popups to choose a patient, drug name and date range. Note: only the prescription reports honor these selections.
2. Select the desired reports using the check boxes.
3. Press the Print button and the report is shown in a the Preview app. Preview may be used to view the report or output to a printer.

Available Reports:

• Prescription reports:
1. sorted by patient: alphabetically ascending for active/not expired prescriptions
2. sorted by patient: alphabetically ascending for all prescriptions
3. sorted by patient and prescriber: alphabetically ascending for all prescriptions
• Patient list - prints all the patients:
• Pharmacy list - prints all the pharmacies:
• Drug list - prints all the drugs:
