Guidelines for Requesting Help and Reporting Bugs in FutureBasic

• Please don't embed a new issue in an old thread. It will probably be overlooked.
• Start a new thread with a descriptive subject. Don't write just "bug", write "Bug using Read File statement"

Please include ALL of the following in your report:

• macOS release, FB release, Xcode release
• Build Settings screen print
• Code snippet which recreates and/or demonstrates the issue
• A step-by-step of what caused the issue( necessary if a code snippet to recreate can't be included )
• Describe:
  • what results were witnessed
  • what results were expected
• A FULL symbolicated crash report if it's a crash. Don't send partials or non-symbolicated crash reports, they're almost useless
• Keep your report as succinct as possible. Getting your post noticed so someone will help is key and long posts will reduce your chances
If a helper needs additional info, they can request it.
